You work hard. You tried all the magic diets. And you feel unsatisfied. Nothing worked. I’ve been there.  Maybe the following foods will be exactly you need in order to achieve your weight loss goals.

Do you drink wine? 


Well, at least I do. Yea, sometimes I drink just a little bit more than I should. I know you do the same, even if you don’t admit. What the hell, we’re human beings for goodness sake. Even if doctors recommend not more than 1 glass a day.

But with all this freakin’ stress, we all like to break the rules. One, two, or three times a week. So is ok. Or not.

The grapes contain a substance called resveratrol.

Now, this element can only help you if you don’t follow my example, because is a bad one. Hey,  I’m not proud of that. In other words, you MUST be a MODERATE wine drinker.  A glass of wine can help you shed body for about 90 minutes.

Don’t be afraid to taste a little bit of grapefruit


I know. Is bitter. Is disgusting. But scientists say we should consume about half a grapefruit before each meal. Because this could make you lose about 1 pound every week. WOW. I don’t know about you, but that sound good to me.

So how can this happen? Well, grapefruit contains a special compound which can lower the insulin level. That can help you lose weight, for insulin has the role to store fat. Also, these fruits are a fantastic source of protein. Water represents 90% of grapefruit composition, and that can help you eat less.  So, eat more grapes.

Don’t forget about kidney beans


Red beans contain protein and fiber, about 5 grams per serving, sometimes even more. Kidney beans have a serious amount of resistant starch, just half a cup has 2 grams of this carb.

Almonds


They’re soooooooooo damn delicious. The best part, is they’re so effective one it comes about weight loss. Research shows that by adding almonds to your diet, you can lose more pounds than by eating crackers.

Seriously, about 5 cups of green tea are enough


I know you must have heard a thousand times about the miraculous abilities of this downright famous tea.  But many studies have shown how efficient this drink can be on your weight loss efforts. Is full of antioxidants which can help you detoxify your body and lose more weight. Is also perfect for hydration.

Recent research has proven that just 5 cups of green tea a day, can make you shed more body, about two times more than you normally do without drinking green tea.
