Why in the world would you avoid eating these fantastic foods? They're so delicious and in the same time  they're perfect for weight loss. Just a cup of black beans has about 15 grams of protein.

In the same time it doesn't have saturated fat, like red meat does.

Do you have a problem with oats? 


Just a serving is loaded with fiber and has 4.6 grams of resistant starch, a special carb, to improve your metabolism and to help YOU burn more fat.

Anyway, these goodies, are loaded with the so called HEALTHY fats, that can help you burn fat more easily that the ones that are unhealthy, according to health experts.

You also must know, that nutritionists say this is a low-energy density food. That means it contains very low amount of calories, but is filling and heavy.

And please, DON’T get rid of that skin, because the skin is the one that contains the highest amount of fiber.
